Lonestar Equipment Solutions is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Rental and Repair Associate to join our team. As a Repair Associate, you will perform a variety of manual tasks to ensure smooth branch operations and equipment functionality. Your primary objective will be to provide labor assistance to service technicians, sales staff and other branch personnel engaged in meeting the needs of customers and following our passion to MAKE IT HAPPEN.
Responsibilities
Assist in the loading and unloading of rental equipment.
Check equipment for damage, safety compliance, decals, fuel levels, etc. and ensure it’s in good working order.
Clean all equipment, keep a tidy work area, and contribute to the general cleanliness of the warehouse.
Assist mechanics with minor repairs as needed.
Ensure all rental equipment is in a visually appealing condition, to include the painting of rental gear.
Seeing that rental equipment is in its correct location and tagged properly.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Must have a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements
Regularly works around moving mechanical parts and in warehouse conditions that are not always climate controlled and may include, heat and humidity.
Noise level may be loud at times.
Must be able to move objects, and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
