Deliverables
Initiate and manage direct message conversations with prospective members on social media platforms, primarily Instagram and TikTok.
Qualify leads and guide them through the conversion process with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain detailed records of conversations, conversion rates, and feedback for ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with the founder to refine messaging and ensure alignment with community values.
Uphold strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Provide regular reports on lead engagement and conversion metrics.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media lead conversion, or community management, preferably with high-value or private clientele.
Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy, discretion, and clarity.
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with tact.
Demonstrated ability to convert leads without resorting to aggressive or spammy tactics.
Experience working remotely and managing confidential information.
Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok DM features and best practices.
Availability for full-time contract work and flexibility to adapt to evolving community needs.
