Full-Time Nanny/Household Manager in Charleston, SC $85,000 per year
Seeking an experienced, energetic, and reliable full-time nanny for a family with three high-energy boys, ages 4, 7, 10 and 4 month old. The nanny will primarily work during the weeks when the children are with their father (approximately 40% of the time), with guaranteed 40-hour weeks during those periods. During the weeks when the children are with their mother, the role will include reduced childcare hours with additional household management duties.
Pay: $ 35-40 per hour ($85,000 per year) start date: ASAP Hours: 40 hours per week, 9-5 Monday- Friday, (flexible to help on weekends) Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, major holidays Long term commitment
Responsibilities include:
Preparing school lunches during the school year and cooking lunches during the summer.
Assisting with light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and maintaining an organized home environment.
Driving the children to school, activities, and appointments as needed (must have a reliable vehicle).
Keeping the children entertained and engaged with age-appropriate activities, especially while the mother works from home.
Ensuring the children’s safety, particularly around the family’s pool (candidate must be a confident swimmer).
Providing occasional weekend coverage and being flexible with scheduling.
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have 3-5 professional references
Must be 18 years of age to apply
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Be comfortable swimming and supervising children near a pool.
Have experience with active children and the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
