Salary Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly

Responsibilities
Set up, adjust, monitor, and run die cutting presses and oversee the stripping of die cut parts.
Detect cutting defects and inform the manager of potential problems.
Configure rubber and set up dies.
Prepare die presses for cutting.
Set up stripping unit on die press.
Obtain first off approval for cutting.
Watch for die cutting defects, informing manager or production planner of potential issues.
Make die alterations as needed.
Use forklift and other equipment to move stock and supplies.
Follow all safety and workplace rules and policies.
Assist others with production operations when directed.
Perform routine maintenance and help with equipment repairs.
Flexibly move between jobs, job classifications, and buildings as directed by management.
Foster a culture of family, innovation, collaboration, and empowerment.
Qualifications Education/Certification: High School Diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required throughout the workday.
