We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our franchise in Kansas City, MO. This role leads daily operations in a fast‑paced casual dining environment. The expected base salary ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations.
Recruit, develop, and motivate team members.
Ensure exceptional guest experience and uphold company standards.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of hourly team members.
Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
2+ years of current restaurant manager experience in fast casual or casual dining.
Passion for the business and compassion for people.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
Flexibility and ability to create fun in a fast‑paced environment.
Proven ability to select, train, and develop hourly team members.
Guest‑driven focus and track record of high service standards.
