Overview
The Athletic Trainer (AT) will function under the direction of a physician as a vital part of a thriving Orthopedic & Sports Medicine team.
Responsibilities
Assist patient flow in the clinic by facilitating, documenting and communicating patient care-related activities.
Provide on-site medical care for practices, events and athletic training clinic hours.
Perform outreach role as instructed.
Qualifications
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in athletic training or a related field with internship route certification, preferably with a master’s or two years of experience in a traditional on-field AT setting.
Board of Certification (BOC) certification and Florida state licensure as an athletic trainer.
Excellent communication skills and strong computer literacy.
