Job Description GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Security Officer – SHIFT SUPERVISOR.
Valid Driver's License
required for mobile patrol.
What matters most in this role is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Tell us about how your keen sense of observation is one of your greatest strengths.
As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, and more during your shift.
Benefits
Site Location: Shippensburg, PA
Schedule: Full-time, overnights, Monday-Friday 12am-8am
Competitive hourly wage of $21.00/hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities
Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
Verify identities and control access to secure areas
React quickly to threats or incidents
Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras
Document incidents and actions taken Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Pass extensive screening process
First aid certification is an asset
Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is preferred
State license if required
