Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and driven Insurance Producer who has a passion for helping people protect what matters most. This role is ideal for someone who envisions a future as a State Farm Agent and wants to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to lead their own agency someday.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing tailored insurance solutions
Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
Educate clients on various insurance products including auto, home, life, and health insurance
Maintain compliance with all State Farm policies and state insurance regulations
Work closely with agency leadership to learn the operational aspects of running a successful insurance agency
Participate in ongoing training and development programs designed to prepare you for future agency ownership
Qualifications
Will need to get Property and Casualty Licensed ASAP and be working on life and Health.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into an agency leadership role
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
Commitment to exceptional customer service and ethical business practices
Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus but not required
