Job Summary and Responsibilities Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a General Surgeon for a full-time position on the beautiful campus of St. Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor, WA, with an outreach clinic in Port Orchard. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collegial, multidisciplinary care environment with superb support staff. The selected surgeon will join a well-established practice of 2 elective general surgeons, a part time acute care surgeon, and a general surgery PA. This opportunity includes a mix of clinic, OR, and rounding as needed, and call is currently 9 weeks per year.

We offer a starting salary guarantee with a competitive compensation model that follows the guarantee period. Our comprehensive benefit package includes health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, CME, personal time off, and 401(k) retirement plan with employer match and 457b plan. We are offering Relocation Assistance and a Starting Bonus.
