Hawaiian Building Maintenance
Base pay range
$17.00/hr – $19.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to interact with property managers, vendors, and customers.
Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete projects.
Participate in on‑the‑job training toward becoming a Restoration Technician.
Apply safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct routine checks and inspections to identify potential issues.
Document maintenance activities and report progress.
Work in warm/hot conditions, utilize stairs, and navigate ladders.
Perform additional maintenance‑related duties as required by supervisors or property management.
Work alongside the Restoration team to meet and exceed customer needs.
Skills/Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Background check clearance for insurance purposes.
Flexible schedule availability.
Accurate record keeping of time cards, checkout forms, vehicle records, and job paperwork.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in reading, writing, texting, and emailing.
Customer‑service oriented.
Willingness to learn and improve.
Schedule Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (primarily). Availability for on‑call, weekend work, and emergency projects as needed.
On‑call hours: Monday‑Friday, 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
