Wellness Worker – Vaccinator (CA/OR/WA – West Region)

is a leading provider of biometric testing services, population health, and comprehensive workforce wellness strategies. Sites are located throughout the U.S., and licensed healthcare professionals are invited to administer vaccinations at clinics in Oregon, Washington, and Northern California.
Summary Vaccinators will set up, execute, and break down mobile clinics, manage inventory, and maintain accurate documentation. Staff may assign themselves to clinics in their area using the scheduling system and receive pre‑clinic training on safety protocols.
Duties & Responsibilities
Administer vaccinations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Monitor participants during the vaccination process and manage adverse reactions when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service and put participants at ease.
Receive all clinic supplies, including vaccine, and transport them safely.
Set up and clean up the clinic site efficiently.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as required.
Return PHI, post‑clinic documentation, and unused supplies promptly.
Complete any additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid, up‑to‑date license (RN, LPN, LVN, NP, PA, Registered Pharmacist, etc.) in the state of service.
Minimum of 1 year experience administering vaccinations.
Proficient in taking blood pressure.
CPR/First Aid certification.
Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable laws and regulations.
Ready to receive and return clinic supplies.
Excellent customer‑service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic tablet and computer skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Age 18 or older.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 15 to 30 pounds at times.
Application Window & Pay Application Window: 1/12/2026 – 3/31/2026 Pay Range: $18 – $37 per hour
