What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre‑qualify applicants, and provide coverage consultations to small business owners

Consult on various small business insurance lines including BOP, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, and Professional Liability

Collaborate effectively with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks

Manage desk efficiently while delivering timely outcomes to customers

Maintain a customer‑focused approach, providing tailored insurance solutions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer license required

Minimum of 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience

Call center experience is valued

Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively

High‑speed broadband internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 100MB download/10MB upload
