What You’ll Be Doing
Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, inventory) are completed, keeping the store clean and organized.
Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Champion our culture and provide stellar customer engagement.
Elevate to Your Goal‑Crushing Era: Review store performance, drive sales, and communicate with the team.
Act with Integrity: Follow company policies and seek feedback for improvement.
Bring the Positive Vibes: Embrace diversity and inclusivity, support teammates, and assist with training.
Be a Shoe‑off: Recommend shoes that fit customers’ needs and share your love of footwear.
Essential Functions Other responsibilities may be performed as needed. Overtime hours may be required to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications & Education
High School Diploma/GED.
Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
Demonstrates positive communication with associates.
Independent judgment and discretion working with Store Sales Manager.
Strong knowledge retail practices and procedures.
Team‑oriented and flexible schedule to meet business needs (holidays, nights, weekends).
Physical Requirements and/or Environment
Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height.
Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
