Position Summary: Develops channel strategy, recruits and manages system integrator and distributor partners to scale ODIN Workstation in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard key channel partners.

Develop partner training and enablement programs.

Manage joint sales pipeline and co-selling initiatives.

Report partner performance and expansion results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

5–7 years’ experience in channel sales or partnerships.

Proven success managing industrial or SaaS channel programs.

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
