What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute strategies for Broker Distribution to meet sales, retention, and profitability objectives
Meet annual sales goals set by the Regional Vice President of Broker Distribution
Strengthen and grow broker relationships through regular meetings and engagement
Maintain collaboration with underwriting, product, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
Participate in industry and community activities to stay current with market trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience in group benefits sales with an established presence in the broker marketplace
College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical skills and ability to process data from various sources to support decision‑making
High degree of integrity and transparency in professional conduct
Ability to lead by example and drive performance through continuous improvement
