About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2013 after working as a State Farm Agency Aspirant, gaining hands‑on experience with another agent before stepping into ownership. Today, our team has grown to 15 members, and we operate with a strong growth mindset and an all‑in‑it‑to‑win‑it mentality. I’m a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor's degree in business marketing and management. I’m married with two kids, and outside of work I enjoy hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. I also previously played professional golf, which shaped the competitive drive and discipline I bring into the agency.
I’m heavily involved with HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes, a veteran‑owned organization, and I spend significant time volunteering and supporting their mission.

Role Description: As Account Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member for Zach Jaworski – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customer success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications:
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
