CHA is currently seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our OB/GYN practice in Revere. In this vital role, you will support providers and patients by facilitating the smooth operation of clinic visits and contributing to the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care. You will be an integral part of a care team that supports the reproductive health needs of patients across all stages of life. Key Responsibilities

Efficiently manage patient flow and assist in rooming patients Document medical histories and patient information in the electronic health record (EHR) Take vital signs and perform point-of-care testing Assist providers with clinical procedures Book screening tests as part of the outreach process and booking follow up appointments (e.g., well child visits, vaccine booster visits) Support proactive population health efforts through outreach, patient communications (calls, letters, MyCHArt messages), and care coordination Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Graduation from an accredited medical assistant program, completion of an approved certified nursing assistant training program or one year of previous experience as a medical assistant in lieu of program completion required. Certifications: Maintains current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Language Skills: Ability to write and verbally communicate in English. Fluency in a second language is strongly preferred. Work Experience: Current experience as a Medical Assistant preferred. Experience with administrative duties in a clinical setting preferred.
