Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, a leading provider of sub‑acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and skilled nursing care in Lake Worth, Florida. As a Full Time Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, implement and evaluate individualized physical therapy plans for residents
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify physical therapy needs and goals
Develop and implement treatment programmes to improve or restore physical function, strength, range of motion and mobility
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices
Requirements
1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
