Position Position- Re ceptionist (Part Time)
Location: Liberty, Missouri
Starting wage: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Shift Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday 4:30pm-7:00pm and Saturday/Sunday 9am-5pm
Responsibilities
Be the “First Face” of the community – the welcoming host who provides exceptional customer service during every interaction.
Act as the “Go‑To Guide” – answer or help find answers to any questions received by residents, vendors, guests, or employees, whether in person or by telephone.
Assume the role of an “Exceptional Assistant” – assist the administrative team in completing any assigned tasks and ensure phone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical solving skills if needed.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Ability to frequently lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
Criminally cleared.
Good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Health screening performed within 6 months prior to or 7 days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping most of the day. Sedentary periods of one to three hours are also required. Ability to retrieve items from storage, including overhead bins or cabinets.
