BayCare Clinic Corporate Headquarters is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Accounts Payable/Payroll team in Green Bay, WI.

We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. This role has flexible 8-hour shifts between our core hours, Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends!

The Clinic:

BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. The Job:

Schedules and coordinates meetings.

Ensures minutes are properly recorded for department meetings.

Assists Accounts Payable staff with scanning, filing, mailings and special projects.

Sorts mail, coordinates calendars and provides administrative assistance for the department manager.

Responsible for the department archives.

Department contact for office supplies and equipment.

Respects and maintains confidentiality.

Works in a safe, compliant and ethical manner at all times.

The Requirements:

AAS in business or related field preferred.

Extensive experience in lieu of education will be considered.

Proficiency in MS Office is required.
