Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role located in the Utica-Rome area. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key tasks include managing a sales pipeline, preparing and delivering presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and adapting solutions to meet their needs. Collaboration with internal teams and staying informed about industry trends will be integral to success in this role.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Knowledge of pest control or related industries is a plus but not required Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis, and reporting tools Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision Willingness to work on-site in the Utica-Rome area and flexibility to travel locally as needed Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Seniority level
