Job Overview
We are a high‑performance real estate team looking for a full‑time real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, ensuring each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. Responsibilities
Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information. Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients. Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition. Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close. Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale. Consult with clients to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs. Always be consulting by providing clients with your very best service and advice. Qualifications
Top‑notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required. One or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred. Four‑year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired. Highly driven to succeed; passion for selling. Must have current NC Real Estate License. People‑oriented, positive, customer‑focused attitude. Knowledge of and understanding of current real estate trends. Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies. Customer service or real estate sales background preferred. Strong advocacy for clients and their goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Active listening and questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs. Good organizational and time‑management skills. Compensation
$75,000 – $120,000+ per year, depending on performance.
