with strong experience in
BPO, SDR organizations, and high-volume outbound sales . This is
not a call center supervisor role . It is a strategic sales leadership position within a fast-paced, performance-driven outbound sales organization. You will be responsible for building structure, processes, systems, and culture while driving measurable commercial results at scale. You will lead

Lead and scale SDR Supervisors and SDR teams across multiple LATAM geographies. Design and optimize sales structures, performance metrics, and operating ratios to scale from 40 to 200+ SDRs. Create, document, and implement sales playbooks, call scripts, and objection-handling frameworks. Own SDR onboarding, training, and coaching programs focused on: Outbound prospecting mastery Pipeline generation and conversion Build and manage Quality Assurance (QA) programs, Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), and performance dashboards aligned with company KPIs. Analyze productivity, conversion, and efficiency metrics to drive data-based decisions. Partner closely with Marketing leadership to align messaging, cadence strategies, and campaign feedback loops. Establish and maintain a culture of energy, accountability, discipline, and execution excellence. Ensure consistency, scalability, and high performance across all inside sales operations. Requirements
Experience
7–10 years of total professional experience. Minimum 5+ years in sales leadership roles (BPO, SDR, Inside Sales). Proven experience managing large, high-volume outbound sales teams (50–200+ reps). Background leading sales accounts or commercial operations within BPO environments. Core Knowledge
B2B outbound sales targeting the U.S. market. Sales Development (SDR) methodologies and best practices. Cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting. Sales coaching, objection handling, and communication psychology. KPI-driven performance management, dashboards, and reporting. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Strategic thinking combined with operational execution. Results-oriented with strong accountability. High ambition, energy, and competitive mindset. Ability to structure, scale, and optimize sales operations. Passion for people development and continuous improvement. What We Offer
