Owner Operators - Solo/Teams - Sign-On Bonus
Boren & Sons is seeking qualified owner operators. The company offers competitive rates, a sign‑on bonus that can be increased, and flexible percentage rates at any time.
Pay
Solo Owner Operators:
Earn $3,450 per week + FSC; average 2,500 miles per week
Team Owner Operators:
Earn $7,975 per week + FSC; average 5,500 miles per week
Empty Miles (Solo & Teams): $0.80 CPM + FSC
$300 reimbursement for orientation
Offering $1 per mile up to 500 miles to bring truck to class (no trailer needed)

Job Requirements
At least 23 years of age with a valid CDL A
At least 2 years of experience
Must own their own truck
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No more than 3 non‑DOT preventable accidents
No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
No failed drug or alcohol tests
