Floor Lead drives store success by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations. Responsibilities
Lead by example and validate the quality of the in‑store customer experience by communicating, training, and upholding expectations on the team. Maximize results and achievement of KPIs by driving own performance and that of the team. Ensure positive customer experience and promotion of services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other offerings. Participate in inventory & cycle counts, order fulfillment, storage & organization, and maintain technology systems. Support shrink mitigation and escalation of loss, loss prevention, and improving internal and external processes. Participate with cross‑functional teams to resolve gaps, risks, and roadblocks. Maintain visual merchandising standards, fixtures, and display integrity. Assist with onboarding, employee relations, and engagement. Maintain organizational integrity of BOH, packaging, and all supplies. Qualifications
Experience in a high‑volume retail environment. Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly. Excellent organization and analytical skills. Critical thinking ability to identify challenges and develop action plans. Physical requirements: Ability to stand 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
