About the Role We’re looking for a
Sales Operations Analyst
to support the sales team by managing data, creating reports, and ensuring accurate pricing and funding processes. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to help leadership make data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Do
Analyze large data sets and provide insights on trends.
Prepare and update weekly and monthly reports (sell-through, shipped/unshipped, MDF accruals).
Review and process condition requests for funding and claims.
Ensure pricing updates follow company policies.
Support sales managers with accurate reporting and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience:
3+ years in sales operations or related roles.
Skills:
Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP BI, Tableau, or Power BI. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and create KPIs. Critical thinking and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Experience in technology sales or consumer electronics. Familiarity with OEMs and carrier sales.
