Job Details Inventory and Fulfillment Specialist

Orlando, FL
Pay:
Hourly – $15.00 per hour
Position Summary The Inventory and Fulfillment Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate monitoring, booking, and fulfillment of vacation ownership inventory. This position works closely with internal teams, resorts, and customers to ensure reservations are properly secured, documented, and communicated.
Responsibilities & Duties
Monitor and book internal inventory, Portfolio Accounts, and RCI requests to ensure availability is posted across all company websites
Communicate with timeshare resorts to make and verify reservations
Manage internal communications and perform timely resort follow‑ups
Fax and submit required documentation to resorts for reservation requests
Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Utilize industry demand curves to book desirable reservations effectively
Route incoming customer calls to the appropriate sales agents
Generate and run reports related to reservations and inventory activity
Support Resort Rentals through the GRS database
Key Skills & Qualifications
Customer service or call center experience, preferably within a reservations or travel environment
Experience in the travel, reservations, or timeshare industry preferred
Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, with strong attention to detail
Proficient in internet navigation and computer software applications
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed
Advanced reading comprehension and strong written communication skills
