Associate, Office Manager – BNY
Location: Berwyn, PA – in office.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Office Manager to join our Archer team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility management.
Coordinate with various BNY departments while maintaining office systems, badges and equipment, including data management.
Communicate with department heads to provide proactive information pertaining to the office.
Respond to staff queries on all office related issues.
Maintain conference room schedules and ensure all rooms are clean and equipped for meetings, including catering, supplies, and other requirements.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Organize company events, meetings, and team activities.
Troubleshoot office issues and find efficient solutions.
Perform various ad‑hoc projects such as laptop replacements, office space planning, and other duties.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
3–4 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong overall software skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
