Compensation:
$50-55/hr
Support formal project management efforts with a focus on Cybersecurity and Infrastructure programs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage formal and informal project efforts, typically 3–7 projects per fiscal year
Create and manage project documentation
Conduct regular meetings and provide reporting updates to stakeholders
Track project budgets and resource allocations
Report on project data for stakeholder management
Facilitate communication across teams and leadership
Requirements: Must-Haves:
Bachelor's Degree (IT disciplines preferred)
5–10 years of project management experience, including Cybersecurity and Infrastructure
5+ years in budget and resource tracking
Experience with stakeholder data collection and reporting
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills across teams
Proficiency with JIRA, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other PM tools
Nice-to-Haves:
PMP Certification
Agile or Scrum Certifications
This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility
