Inventory Analyst I
Location:

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced
Inventory & Warehouse Analyst
to join our Supply Chain team in Midland, TX. This role is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, processing material movements, and supporting operational efficiency across multiple yards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Manage transfer inbox and coordinate with vendors for multiple yard locations.
Enter all inbound and outbound material movements in SAP.
Process lease-to-lease transfers accurately and on time.
Create purchase requisitions for inventory purchases as needed.
Collaborate with SCM buyers and operations teams regarding on-hand inventory.
Ensure adherence to company environmental, health, and safety policies.
Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines (SOX, COPAS, etc.).
Qualifications
Experience in
Materials Management .
Proficiency with
SAP
and familiarity with the
Oil & Gas industry .
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in
MS Office Suite .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in both office and field environments.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
Certifications / Licenses
Valid driver's license with no restrictions preventing operation of a company vehicle.
Travel Requirements
15%-20% travel required.
