Position Responsibilities
Plan and lead daily activities of the maintenance department focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Develop and implement a reliability‑based maintenance system to proactively address equipment issues.
Assign personnel to scheduled jobs, maximizing skill and training opportunities.
Reduce downtime on plant equipment and eliminate waste by monitoring and adjusting work procedures.
Monitor work execution and ensure quality standards are met within the prescribed timeframe.
Position Requirements
U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a fully adjudicated Background Investigation.
Eight (8) years of experience organizing, directing, and managing contract logistics and maintenance operations for complex and inter‑related project tasks.
