What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Manage and maintain product backlogs using JIRA and/or Azure DevOps (ADO)

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement

Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data dictionaries

What is Required (Qualifications):

7–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Agile environments

Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Hands‑on experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps (ADO)

Solid understanding of Business Intelligence, reporting, and analytics concepts

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Exposure to AI/ML concepts, models, or analytics‑driven solutions

Experience working with data warehouses, SQL, or data lakes

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus

BA or Agile certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA, CSM, SAFe, etc.)
