Responsibilities Project Management Implement SE-Agile methodology for new projects, administer collaboration with SE(Simultaneous Engineering) team & monitor KPI's with respect to Resource, Time, Specification, Cost & Budget to realize project key deliverables. Localization projects completed as per project premises. Lead time for localization project realization.
Process Management Plan and monitor project management documentation as per PS Process Compass. Plan and formulate capital equipment (MAE) acquisition and installation, including pre‑acceptance/final acceptance/safe launch & administer handover of project for series manufacturing along with defined communication matrix. Operational excellence in 8 weeks: overall equipment efficiency > 80%, internal defect cost
Team Management Establish RASIC of SE team, improve collaboration with IPN (International Production Network) & provide guidance & monitor in industrialization phase and enhance competence through a training plan for SE team members. Simultaneous Engineering (SE) maturity value of SE team.
Digitalization Promote and implement digital transformation in all industrialization projects. Number of digitalization projects implemented (number of solutions to improve processes, saved man‑hrs, feedback from stakeholders).
Knowledge
Proficient in manufacturing process knowledge base with core, key and standard processes
Proficient knowledge in problem‑solving tools
Advanced knowledge of financial management & digitalisation tools preferred
Advanced knowledge of PFMEA, Process capability, 8D for problem solving, etc.
Functional Skills
Advanced knowledge in project‑management tools & techniques
Competent in risk evaluation & deriving mitigation plans
Competent in formal & informal communication structures to understand team perspectives & drive excellent results
Competent to manage multiple tasks
Working knowledge in managing projects using SE‑Agile scrum approach/methods
Education
BE (Mech, Industrial Engineering, Automotive or Mechatronics)
Experience
Preferably 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing systems and project coordination
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in manufacturing process in terms of project coordination
Change management, supplier coordination in terms of budget and timing
Strong dedication, interest, and motivation to proactively drive new and improvement topics
Basic know‑how of various controllers
Knowledge on machine, process capability and SPC
Experience in assembly processes (e.g., screwing, pressing, crimping, measurement systems, ultrasonic welding, leakage testing, laser welding, camera vision systems, injection molding, etc.)
Knowledge & experience in Industry 4.0 concepts
Basic knowledge of various problem‑solving tools like 8D, PSS, Shianin, Six Sigma, DOE, etc.
Low‑cost automation
Basic knowledge of SAP
Camera vision software programming (Cognex, Keyence, Neurocheck, Omron, AI‑based vision system)
Well‑known hydraulics and pneumatics systems
Hands‑on skills for fine machine component alignment
POKA YOKE identification and implementation to eliminate customer complaints
Knowledge of industrial engineering (MTM, ergonomics checks)
