Our client, a real estate development firm, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support projects through entitlement, permitting, and construction phases. This role works closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and municipal agencies to ensure projects remain organized, compliant, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project timelines, documentation, and approvals across entitlement, permitting, and construction phases
Track permit and entitlement applications, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Obtain and manage signatures for contracts, agreements, and project documents
Support contract preparation, revisions, and documentation tracking
Assist with project schedules, budgets, invoices, and contractor pay applications
Maintain organized project files, reports, and compliance documentation
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in real estate development, construction coordination, or construction administration
Experience with contract administration and basic financial coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans
