Key Responsibilities & Duties

Manage procurement processes, including material selection and vendor negotiations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce quality standards.
Resolve project-related issues promptly to minimize delays and cost overruns.
Ensure all team members are aligned with project goals and deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.
Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
Proven expertise in managing industrial and commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
