Compensation
Base pay range: $14.00/hr – $27.00/hr
Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour (the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).
Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide sales assistance.
Maintain merchandise displays and inventory organization.
Assist with painting and fabric cutting tasks as needed.
