About the Role We’re looking for a highly creative, camera-confident
Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator
to join the MINA BAIE team. This person will concept, film, edit, and publish content across our social platforms, help shape our visual storytelling, and support the day-to-day execution of our social presence. You should feel comfortable appearing on camera, love experimenting with trends, and have a strong eye for aesthetics that align with our brand voice and visual identity. This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, grow within a brand long‑term, and thrives in a fast‑paced, highly creative environment.
Content Creation
Appear in, film, photograph, and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
Produce social‑first content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, Pins, YouTube shorts, and long‑form videos
Maintain brand consistency in visual style, tone, and messaging
Deliver and maintain a daily posting cadence across platforms
Develop original concepts while also executing direction from the Social Media Strategist
Platform Management
Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest:
Post daily (stories, feed posts, Reels, Pins)
YouTube:
Post minimum of 3 videos per week (mix of shorts & long‑form)
Build weekly social calendars based on product launches, brand moments, and marketing priorities
Stay up‑to‑date on algorithm changes, emerging trends, and platform best practices
Schedule, tag, format, and publish content across platforms
Community Engagement
Engage with customers through comments, replies, and DMs to nurture relationships and maintain a strong brand voice
Monitor social channels daily to respond to questions, product inquiries, and customer sentiment
Identify opportunities to surprise & delight customers, escape issues when needed, and flag valuable feedback to the team
Assist the Social Media Strategist in brainstorming campaign concepts and content pillars
Bring fresh ideas for growth, engagement, and virality
Communicate feedback from the community & social performance to internal teams
Participate in shoots, brand events, and behind‑the‑scenes content capture
Analytics + Reporting
Track analytics weekly & monthly: growth, engagement, views, CTA performance, traffic & conversion
Present insights and recommendations backed by data
Identify top‑performing content and performance trends to inform future strategy
Requirements
Experience creating and posting content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & YouTube
Strong aesthetic & visual storytelling skills; ability to match a brand look instantly
Confident appearing on camera and speaking casually to an audience
Basic editing skills
Excellent written communication and caption writing
Understanding of analytics dashboards and social reporting
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and proactive
Open to feedback and direction; growth mindset
Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e‑commerce brands
Photography or videography background
Creative direction or production support experience
Past experience managing influencer UGC or brand ambassador content
Success Looks Like
