Overview of the role We are looking for a seasoned Client Partner (Senior Sales Account Manager) with 12+ years of experience, focused on delivering high‑value Mobile AdTech and Value‑Added Services (VAS) revenue solutions for U.S. Telcos and Mobile OEMs. This role reflects a highly strategic, growth‑oriented commercial mandate.
This position requires a proven commercial leader who can drive the adoption and expansion of our Mobile AdTech and VAS offerings across Tier‑1 U.S. Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and leading Mobile Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise within the mobile ecosystem and a demonstrated ability to close complex, seven‑figure strategic deals with senior decision‑makers.
The impact you’ll make
Strategic Revenue & Pipeline Ownership : Own and exceed an aggressive annual revenue quota by driving the full, end‑to‑end sales cycle — from prospecting and opportunity qualification through complex contract negotiation and closure with C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders across assigned U.S. Telco and Mobile OEM accounts.
Deep Partnership Development : Cultivate and sustain long‑term, executive‑level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to deeply understand partners’ mobile monetization, customer experience, and digital transformation objectives, and positioning Glance’s AdTech solutions as a core revenue pillar.
Solution Strategy & Evangelism : Lead the development of tailored commercial proposals that clearly articulate the technical and financial value of Glance’s proprietary Mobile VAS and AdTech platform, demonstrating fluency across areas such as on‑device discovery, in‑app monetization, and user lifecycle management.
Account Expansion & Penetration : Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies focused on maximizing wallet share, driving meaningful upsell opportunities (e.g., new product lines, international expansion), and ensuring high client retention through sustained, measurable value delivery.
Cross‑Functional Leadership : Serve as the internal voice of the customer, partnering closely with Product Management, Legal, and Technical teams to influence roadmap priorities, ensure seamless solution deployment, and resolve complex client needs across the full account lifecycle.
The experience we need
12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or client partnership roles within mobile, adtech, telecom, or adjacent digital ecosystems.
Direct, hands‑on experience managing Tier‑1 U.S. Telco accounts, including but not limited to Verizon, AT&T, and T‑Mobile, with demonstrated ownership of large, complex commercial relationships.
A proven track record of closing and expanding high‑value, seven‑figure strategic deals, navigating multi‑stakeholder buying committees, and long sales cycles.
Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), OEMs, mobile advertising, and value‑added services.
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and advise senior leadership and C‑suite stakeholders on both business and technical value.
Experience partnering cross‑functionally with product, legal, and technical teams to deliver scalable, client‑centric solutions.
