Marketing Design Specialist
to join our growing Investment Management team. This is more than a design‑centric role; we’re looking for a versatile marketing professional who can make a tangible impact. The Marketing Design Specialist will collaborate closely with the VP of marketing and the wider investment management team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies. Your expertise will be essential in driving campaigns that align with our marketing and communications goals. The ideal candidate is a team‑player, capable of managing a high‑volume of projects in a fast‑paced environment, has a knack for both design and compelling writing, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where strategic and proactive solutions are celebrated and rewarded. Responsibilities
Use your strategic marketing and design expertise to deliver:
Investment fund‑related projects: websites, presentations, investment decks, and other requirements from conception to finality
Investor relations: reporting, newsletters, data room, LP‑driven requests
Events: annual general meeting
Property marketing initiatives: oversight and design brochures, e‑blast, presentations, IC memos, websites/landing pages, ad and social media campaigns, etc.
Creative strategy that converts into creative direction, designing with a bigger picture in mind, and preparing presentations, all with exceptional follow‑through
Research, make recommendations for projects, and understand and articulate how marketing can support the business to achieve its objectives
Deliver cutting‑edge, creative marketing deliverables utilizing Adobe Creative Suite
Manages content on various commercial real estate and social media platforms
Creates content based on strategic objectives that drives the visual strategy
Proven knowledge of core commercial real estate concepts and ability to translate into marketing outcomes
Can stay in front of marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our professionals
Understands Stream’s platform, technologies, and reporting to connect the dots and assist professionals in leveraging resources for their success in the context of marketing
Acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring quality control with all internal and external deliverables produced within the investment management platform
Manages competing priorities and managing timelines and expectations
Continuously drives for improvement and sustainable change, intellectually curious, flexible, and adaptable
Qualifications
3+ years of commercial real estate and/or investment management marketing and design experience required
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent required
Experience providing marketing support to a team of commercial real estate professionals with the ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities and personalities
Ability to (1) work autonomously and effectively cross‑manage multiple projects at one time and (2) work collaboratively with the Stream IM team to discuss and determine best strategy and approach given the context of any marketing project
Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, etc.)
Experience with Ceros and WordPress or other web platforms is a plus
Strong project management skills with experience working in Airtable, preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
Tech savvy, curious, collaborative, flexible, and resourceful
Stays on top of marketing trends to help generate brand awareness and position our professionals
Adapts well to a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple deadlines
Organized, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated with exceptional follow‑through abilities
