Field daily: On the jobsite for 5+ customers per day On‑site work orders, customer service, and follow‑ups across diverse industries (property management, hotels, movers, builders, etc.) Display world‑class customer service for tenants and property management staff Track work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool Communicate with support team for questions Follow a 5‑step repair process: Understand and utilize our unique repair process, employ each tool in your custom tool‑kit, problem‑solve repairs with creativity Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with your hands (construction, manufacturing, painting, or personal hobby) Facilities maintenance experience a plus, but not required Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors; art background helpful but not necessary Willingness to commit to learning a skill that may take months to master Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 30 pounds or more regularly Ability to walk, sit, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods Must be able to wear a respirator for multiple hours each day What We Value
