The role is ideal for a technical, consultative B2B salesperson who thrives in complex environments, enjoys face‑to‑face selling, and wants to work on projects that directly impact worker safety.
Key Highlights
True consultative sales role (not a remote inside sales position).
Based in Orlando office while spending meaningful time on‑site with customers across industrial, manufacturing, and commercial facilities.
Sell engineered solutions into high‑automation distribution centers, food & beverage manufacturers, aircraft manufacturing and maintenance hangars, industrial plants, and transportation facilities.
What You’ll Own You’ll manage your territory like a business.
Build and manage a full sales pipeline using company‑provided and self‑generated leads.
Conduct site visits and facility assessments.
Partner with internal engineers to design compliant fall‑protection solutions.
Engage safety managers, operations leaders, procurement teams, and executives.
Navigate longer consultative sales cycles.
Forecast and track opportunities through CRM.
Represent the organization at industry and promotional events when required.
Consistently meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.
Qualifications
Thrive in solution‑based, consultative B2B technical sales.
Prefer face‑to‑face selling over fully remote or inside‑only roles.
Enjoy working from an office alongside engineering, estimating, and leadership teams.
Comfortable selling complex, engineered solutions rather than commodities.
Can clearly explain technical concepts to non‑technical decision‑makers.
Take full ownership of your territory, pipeline, and results.
Self‑directed, organized, and disciplined with time and follow‑up.
Want uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance, not activity.
Ideal Background
5+ years in construction, industrial, or technical consultative sales.
Must speak & write Spanish fluently.
Experience selling complex or customized solutions to end users.
Comfortable reviewing drawings, specifications, or technical documentation.
Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
CRM and MS Office proficiency.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the industrial/commercial site environments.
Must be willing to climb ladders and walk on flat rooftops for site assessments.
Nice to Have
Engineering or technical education.
CAD or design software exposure.
Fall protection, OSHA, ANSI, or EHS knowledge.
CSP or ASP credentials.
