Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Players Club and staff to ensure quality guest service at all times.
Coordinate Players Club events and promotions, including daily, monthly, and special events such as VIP.
Select, train, and schedule Players Club staff; communicate club goals and objectives and review performance.
Monitor and review Players Club policies and procedures on player point earning, recommend or make changes as necessary, and review daily paperwork and shift reports for accuracy.
Assist in daily events and promotions operations, preparing daily paperwork, filing documents, product pick‑up and delivery, and performing various departmental duties.
Monitor general labor and expenses to ensure adherence to the department budget.
Assist the Marketing Manager with special projects, budget variance monitoring programs, and events as needed.
Assist Marketing in hosting parties and other functions for the Casino.
Assure proper implementation of all promotions, events, and entertainment, including set‑up, event registration, gift distribution, and prize management.
Review kiosk setups for daily, weekly, and monthly promotions.
Participate in the creation, preparation, and execution of all casino promotions and events, ensuring smooth daily promotional operations.
Work closely with the DSC to procure approved Gaming Submissions, revisions, cancellations, etc., ensuring events run as stated in official marketing gaming submissions.
Assist and support property‑wide special projects, promotions/events, and initiatives.
Proof all advertising materials related to promotions and events.
Respond promptly and resolve guest inquiries, disputes, or issues, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Comply with all applicable Tribal regulations, internal controls, and procedures; document and report all exceptions, variations, or deviations immediately to the Marketing Manager.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary to fulfill the position’s requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
College graduate or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
Preferred knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Player Tracking System, and Kiosk System.
Excellent guest services and communication skills.
Ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
Excellent organizational skills.
Must obtain a Key Gaming License upon hire.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise promotions and/or events in the absence of the Marketing Manager or Promotions Coordinator.
Carry out all supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning work, and reviewing performance for Players Club staff.
