Job Title: Principal Product Designer/Product Designer [Multiple Roles]
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months
Overview:
We are seeking a total of 11 UX Product Designers to craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable designs while collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile products
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the SDLC
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, accessibility, and UX best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
7-10+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer
Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to present and defend design decisions with data and rationale
Nice to Have:
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML/CSS)
