As part of our continuous growth, we are hiring a Tennis Coach (F/M) to join the Mouratoglou Tennis Center Boston, Massachusetts.
RESPONSABILITIES & MISSIONS
Train both on and off the court , always respecting the Mouratoglou methodology and philosophy.
Train according to the standards set by Patrick Mouratoglou and constantly maintain the training methodology.
Develop the client’s tennis skills:
the candidate must demonstrate a great ability to adapt to clients and situations, and to sense, analyse and act accordingly.
Provide individual coaching sessions, both private and group, with regular and relevant feedback.
Establish strong and lasting relationships with each player.
Organise and support events and facilities.
Be an active member of the Mouratoglou organisation and promote its values.
Tennis coaching certificate
Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels
Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)
Passion and willingness to learn
Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills
Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)
Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
