Marketing Manager

at PsychPlus, you will play a key role in driving patient acquisition by executing and optimizing multi-channel growth initiatives. This role has strong ownership over

paid acquisition, SEO-driven growth, and conversion optimization , ensuring our marketing engine is scalable, measurable, and aligned with leadership strategy.

You will partner closely with executive leadership, internal teams, and external agencies to translate strategic direction into high-impact marketing programs that expand access to mental health care.

Key Responsibilities Paid Growth & Demand Generation

Support the launch and ongoing optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns in partnership with growth agencies.

Develop campaign briefs, review creatives, monitor results, and recommend performance improvements.

Track channel-level performance to improve efficiency and patient acquisition outcomes.

SEO & Organic Growth

Own coordination with SEO and content partners to increase organic traffic and qualified patient acquisition.

Support on-page SEO initiatives, including keyword optimization, metadata improvements, internal linking, and content structure.

Collaborate on blog and content strategies to improve search visibility and long-term demand.

Partner with technical teams to implement SEO recommendations and site health improvements.

Website Optimization & CRO

Help establish CRO foundations, including A/B testing processes, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.

Identify website improvements that reduce friction and increase lead conversion rates.

Monitor funnel performance from traffic source through conversion.

Marketing Operations & Analytics

Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking CAC, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness.

Analyze data trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Ensure marketing processes, experiments, and learnings are documented and repeatable.

Cross‑Functional & Agency Collaboration

Act as the connection point between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Translate CEO and CMO priorities into execution-ready marketing initiatives.

Communicate campaign progress, insights, and results to leadership.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or SEO‑inclusive performance roles.

Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and familiarity with SEO tools or workflows.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives.

Self‑starter mentality with a bias toward action and ownership.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Passion for mental health care and mission‑driven work.

Additional Information The expected base pay for this role will be between $80,000 to $120,000 annually at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long‑term incentive packages, and other Psychplus Health‑sponsored benefits.
