Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care that truly impacts our patients' well‑being and recovery. Core Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessment.
Recognize significant changes in patient status and seek appropriate resources.
Coordinate or collect physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results.
Perform ongoing assessment according to unit policy.
Document assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire.
Registered Nurse (RN) license; AR upon hire.
Basic Life Support – CPR, within 30 days.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 12 months.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 90 days.
Where You'll Work As a nurse in our Pediatric & Medical Surgical unit at CHI St Vincent - Hot Springs, you’ll provide care to patients admitted to our unit. Most of your patients are funneled in from other units, providing you with opportunities to build on your education in specialized service lines such as cardiac, telemetry, orthopedics, neurology, critical care, surgical services, and emergency. We also have pediatric patients on this unit, requiring specialized attention for their unique medical conditions.

Pay Range $32.38 - $43.68 /hour
