Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator manages and executes digital marketing efforts, focusing on boosting online visibility through search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns, while supporting broader campaigns, by creating and coordinating content, tracking performance, and ensuring brand consistency, all to drive sales and achieve company goals.

Compensation

Base: $70-75k (Based on experience)

Responsibilities

Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing

Conduct market research and identify trends

Develop and manage content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts

Coordinate marketing events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral

Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management

Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent messaging

Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports for the management team

Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies

Optimize copy and landing pages for SEO

Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansions, and optimization

Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations

Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness

Other duties as needed assigned by supervisor

Experience Required

5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in Architectural, Construction, or Home Improvement industry

Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing

Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.

In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., SEM Rush, Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)

Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills

Must be a self-starter individual with the ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Strong documentation, analytical and reporting capabilities

High level of creativity

Education/Licenses/Certification/Formal Training

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
