Description and Requirements The Reset Travel Retail Service Lead is responsible for leading reset and remodel work, ensuring proper implementation of plan-o-grams, placing new items, void corrections, and special merchandising activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a quick learner with strong attention to detail. They excel in both team leadership and independent work, with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to build lasting relationships with business partners.

What will you do?
Serve as team lead in organizing and executing reset and remodel projects.
Partner with store personnel to schedule and communicate reet and remodel activities.
Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete reset and remodel work. Collaborate with store staff and team members ot achieve and maintain merchandising excellence.
Prepare, process, and submit required documentation related to reset and remodel work.
Demonstrate safe work practices, use equipment properly, and proactively report unsafe conditions.
Follow all Acosta policies and standard operating procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Comfortable using technology such as smartphones, handheld devices, and web-based applications.
Experience and Qualifications
3+ years of supervisory or management experience with authority to direct employees.
3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
Prior sales agent, retail, or reset experience is preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel long distances by car.
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
Willing to work in cold environments (refrigerated and freezer sections) for limited periods.
Must be able to work occasional weekends.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 60 lbs.
Ability to drive long distances and overnight stays as required.
Work in cold environments as required.
