Mazda of Clearwater is looking for an experienced Finance Manager that will work with our Sales Team to produce additional revenue for the dealership by selling OEM supported finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after‑sales items to customers while providing superior CSI. The Finance Manager position is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

Sells financing and other available products.

Provides customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.

Converts cash deals to finance.

Takes customer turnovers from Sales Associates to close deals.

Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.

Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.

Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect the New and Pre‑owned Sales and Finance Departments.

Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner.

Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien, information, taxes, etc. before forwarding to the Accounting Department.

Provides customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.

Provides Sales Team and Sales Managers with current information about finance and lease programs continually.

Works with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.

Ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees.

Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

2 years experience within the automotive business with franchised dealerships.

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.

Outgoing with a friendly professional personality.

Have quality customer service skills.

Possess strong communication skills.

Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.

Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.

All applicants must pass pre‑employment testing to include background checks and pre‑employment drug test.

Compensation Compensation: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
