We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution for NetVendor’s Cross‑Sell Solutions portfolio. This includes our Bidding, Contract Management, and related Maintenance and Procurement workflows. You will leverage AI in your day‑to‑day decision‑making; translate customer and market problems into scalable, high‑impact solutions that deepen client engagement across our product suite. This role requires a unique blend of market empathy, data‑driven prioritization, and collaborative execution, serving as the voice of both PMCs and Vendors across the entire source‑to‑settlement lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Market & Problem Discovery (Pragmatic “Market” Focus)
Conduct in‑depth market discovery with Property Management Companies and Vendors to uncover inefficiencies in sourcing, contracting, and service execution.
Identify and segment key personas (e.g., procurement managers, maintenance coordinators, vendor owners) and map their end‑to‑end workflows.
Validate problems through quantitative data, client interviews, and field research to prioritize initiatives with the highest impact.
Leverage AI to support product backlog prioritization, requirements gathering, and market analysis, while driving AI‑enabled features in future releases.
Define and refine the product vision for Cross‑Sell Solutions, ensuring alignment with NetVendor’s strategic objectives and platform roadmap.
Develop and manage a portfolio roadmap spanning Bidding, Contract Management, Maintenance, and Source‑to‑Settlement capabilities.
Partner with leadership to prioritize investments that drive customer retention, cross‑sell growth, and operational efficiency.
Product Execution
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver roadmap initiatives on time and with measurable value.
Translate customer problems into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Act as Product Owner in agile ceremonies—ensuring the voice of the market guides development priorities.
Lead product launches and go‑to‑market alignment in partnership with Operations, Marketing and Sales.
Advocate for both PMCs and Vendors, balancing needs for usability, compliance, and operational transparency.
Support frontline teams through enablement materials, release training, and rollout coordination.
Monitor adoption, satisfaction, and product KPIs to inform continuous improvement and lifecycle management.
Represent NetVendor’s Cross‑Sell portfolio in customer strategic alignment meetings, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
Stay current on trends in PropTech, ProcurementTech, and MaintenanceTech to inform strategic innovation and competitive differentiation.
Ideal Qualifications
Proven success managing SaaS products with complex B2B workflows—ideally in procurement, sourcing, or property operations.
Deep understanding of multifamily operations and vendor management ecosystems, specifically with an understanding of property back‑office operations.
Experience driving adoption across interconnected product suites or cross‑sell environments.
Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Data‑informed decision‑making with a Pragmatic, market‑first mindset.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of Product Management experience in SaaS or PropTech solutions.
Experience in procurement and maintenance technology strongly preferred.
